Looking to support our local library? The Friends of the Library are currently seeking volunteers for the following roles:
SECRETARY: The Secretary is the note taker for Friends of the Library board meetings (typically held monthly), drafting minutes and contacting members with minutes and agendas.
BOOK SALES COORDINATOR(S): This role oversees and coordinates the dates of the (typically) quarterly book sales and mini book sales, as well as coordinating volunteer recruitment for sorting donating items and book sales.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR: This role serves as contact (via our website) for interested parties who would like to volunteer for The Friends of the Sonoma Valley Library, and connects them to the appropriate opportunity, e.g. Book Sales, Outreach, Newsletter, Book Groups, etc.
